Core responsibilities
Faculty and instructors are responsible for curriculum, teaching, service, scholarship, and related administrative activities that support the university's mission. The successful candidate will teach 5 courses (15 credit hours) per semester, advise and mentor students, engage in research and scholarship, and participate in faculty governance.
Requirements summary
Applicants must possess at minimum a master's degree in nursing, with specialization in nursing education preferred, and hold an unencumbered rn license in missouri or a compact state. Preference is given to candidates with undergraduate nursing education/Teaching experience, and the rank depends on qualifications, requiring a terminal degree for assistant professor.
