Preschool and Toddler Teachers

Lead teachers are responsible for implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans using the proprietary wonder of learning® curriculum to engage children and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment. They must also communicate effectively with families, uphold health and safety standards, and participate in professional development.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred, along with a preferred cda. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
