Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional implements portions of the treatment plan related to daily living skills for children and adolescents in a residential setting, acting as a positive role model and ensuring client health and safety. Responsibilities include day-By-Day care, supervision of hygiene and social guidance, running activity sessions, accompanying clients on outings, and sharing observations with the treatment team.

A high school diploma or ged equivalent is required for this position. A current, valid driver's license with a clean record is preferred depending on the program, and a driver's license is required to meet all insurance requirements.
