Residential Youth Coach

The direct support professional is responsible for the day-By-Day care of children in a residential setting, implementing treatment plans related to daily living skills, and ensuring client health and safety through positive role modeling and therapeutic parenting. Key functions include supervising personal hygiene, developing and running activities, accompanying clients on outings, and potentially performing therapeutic restraint if necessary.

A high school diploma or ged equivalent is required for this position, and a current, valid driver's license with a clean record is preferred depending on the program. Candidates must be willing to work with children/Adolescents impacted by trauma and mental health challenges.
