Community FFT Therapist

The therapist will carry an assigned caseload, providing virtual or home-Based functional family therapy while adhering to model fidelity requirements. Responsibilities also include active participation in the therapy team, attending supervision meetings, assisting families with referrals, and making required case progress notes.

A master’s degree in a relevant human service profession is preferred, though required for site supervisor roles. Preferred experience includes direct use of pragmatic family therapies, individual therapy with youth using cbt, and implementing interventions within the youth's natural ecology.
