Infant/ Toddler Teacher

The teacher will provide attentive, responsive care in a safe classroom, implementing engaging activities aligned with the l.e.a.p. Curriculum to foster language, motor, and social-Emotional growth in infants and toddlers. This role also involves maintaining individualized routines, encouraging independence, and communicating daily with families regarding progress.

Candidates must possess the massachusetts eec teacher certification and ideally have a minimum of six months of experience working with infants or toddlers, with an associate degree or higher in early childhood education being preferred. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices is essential, and cpr/First aid certification is preferred or required to be obtained.
