Youth Sports Instructor

Instructors are responsible for teaching energetic and motivating classes, connecting with each child to help them achieve motor development goals, and managing class logistics like setup and breakdown. They must also clearly communicate any issues to the office and provide potential solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess an expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality, along with being responsible, dedicated, and confident with a strong work ethic and high energy. No prior coaching or soccer experience is required, but comfort managing groups of children and adults, and the ability to follow and tailor curriculum are necessary.
