Certified Lifeguard & Swim Instructor - MD

The primary duties involve balancing pool safety supervision as a certified lifeguard and teaching swim classes to campers aged 3-12 using provided curriculum. Responsibilities also include writing progress reports for parents, assisting with swim testing, and executing morning/Afternoon carpool duties.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old with two years of high school completed and must possess or be able to obtain lifeguard certification and first aid & cpr certification before the first day of camp. The role requires the ability to work outdoors in heat, swim for extended periods, and actively supervise children.
