The Swim Instructor will create confidence in swimmers of all ages by leading engaging one-on-one and/or small group lessons and crafting personalized development plans. This involves fostering fun, energetic learning environments while strictly maintaining safety protocols.
Candidates must possess strong swimming abilities across various techniques and exhibit excellent communication skills with a friendly, patient teaching style. Current lifeguard/CPR certifications are preferred, along with genuine enthusiasm for water safety and teaching.
