NJCAP Facilitator

Njcap facilitators are responsible for delivering empowerment workshops to students, school staff, and parents/Caregivers focusing on children’s rights to be safe, strong, and free. Key duties include engaging participants through interactive methods, creating a safe space for disclosures, and partnering with staff to report maltreatment concerns.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and experience working with children or in educational settings. The role requires strong communication skills, comfort discussing sensitive topics like abuse prevention, reliable transportation, and schedule flexibility for daytime and occasional evening programs.
