Water Safety Instructor

The instructor is responsible for ensuring the safety of campers at the pool facility by preventing and responding to emergencies, providing necessary first aid until ems arrives. Primary duties include leading water safety instruction, serving as a lifeguard, supervising campers constantly, and accurately tracking and reporting swim level progress.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate, holding current red cross or similar certifications in lifeguarding, first aid, and cpr. Essential qualifications include experience working with children, strong verbal communication skills, physical capability for outdoor work, and a commitment to an 8-Week work period.
