Responsibilities

As a Trellis autism instructor, you will work under the supervision of one of our experienced Case Managers and gain experience using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Provide one-on-one support with community independence, daily living and recreation/leisure Flexible schedules; afternoon, evening and weekend shifts Opportunities available throughout Maryland including Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard and Talbot counties Ability to advance into other roles at Trellis Great foundation for a career in special education and related fields This is an exceptional opportunity to do meaningful work that makes a difference!

Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 Eligibility to work in the United States. The ability to pass a background check. Minimum 100 hours of working/volunteer/personal experience with individuals with developmental delays Reliable transportation/Valid Driver's License/Current Auto Insurance Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, lift up to 35 pounds, and move quickly, according to client needs. It is necessary to be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run.
