Education Specialist - SAS

The specialist is responsible for implementing compensatory supplemental academic support for students with special needs in a one-On-One home setting, ensuring an educational environment conducive to learning. This includes reviewing student records, collaborating with parents and therapists, designing engaging lesson plans, and developing appropriate behavior management techniques.

Candidates must possess a specialized california teaching credential, either moderate/Severe or mild/Moderate with autism authorization, and preferably have prior experience with iep-Based services and goals. Required qualifications also include proficiency in microsoft office, knowledge of database input, and the ability to pass all mandated background clearances.
