- HourlySUMMARY: The services coordinator position is responsible for the administration and coordination of NPS related services and assist the program specialists with all administrative responsibilities when needed.

- DUTIES: Support program specialists with IEP Based Education or related services to students Email assignments to Education Specialist and/or Therapists for NPS Services Communication with providers - completing follow up calls to client and families Maintain student electronic files and records including progress reports, IEPs, etc. Complete activities of Daily Operation - Maintain schedules, placement and class lists Performs other reasonable related duties as assigned

- REQUIREMENTS: In the course of performing this job, the incumbent typically spends time standing, walking on sloped/hilly areas of campus, carrying, driving, lifting (up to 40 pounds), listening, speaking, reaching, writing, and participating in restraint procedures.Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred Previous experience in education with IEP based services, IEP’s, goals Organized, creative, flexible, innovative thinker Knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) Knowledge of database system input and reporting Must fulfill all requirements of employment, including clearance of all required background records (e.g. Department of Justice, Child Abuse, California Community Care Licensing, County Sanction List, etc.), professional, physical examination, and drug testing
