Residential Counselor- Educational Placement

The residential counselor is responsible for implementing unit plans and programs for up to twelve residents, acting as a primary caregiver and role model while ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Duties include supervising daily routines, teaching life skills, managing behavior, and safely transporting residents on outings.

A bachelor of arts or science degree is preferred, along with one or more years of experience working with at-Risk youth in settings like group homes or juvenile halls. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and hold a valid california driver's license with proof of auto insurance.
