Foster Care Case Management Specialist MO

This role involves managing and providing services to children and families referred under the foster care case management contract, continually assessing situations to develop recommendations for necessary support services and resources. The specialist will also facilitate service planning with the family support team and coordinate supportive services to ensure timely and efficient delivery for children under case management.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or psychology, with a master's degree preferred, and a minimum of two years of experience working with children and families. Applicants must also be at least 21 years old, pass required screenings, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance.
