Talent Acquisition & Retention Advisor

This key role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive strategies for attracting, recruiting, and selecting highly qualified and diverse staff, managing the full recruitment life cycle to ensure an efficient and equitable candidate experience. The advisor will drive innovative recruitment initiatives, leverage data analytics, and collaborate closely with school leaders to meet staffing needs.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, demonstrating expertise in strategic sourcing and effective recruitment strategies. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is required, along with proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
