The Associate Teacher will support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons based on the approved GSRP curriculum for 4-year-old children. Responsibilities also include assisting with observing and assessing child development and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment.
Candidates must possess an Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a CDA credential with a plan to obtain an associate degree. Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred, and the ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements is mandatory.
