Mental Health Care Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)

The coordinator engages and coordinates care for youth/Young adults by forming a child & family team (Cft) to address goals and facilitate regular cft meetings. Responsibilities also include conducting needs assessments, case management, behavioral skill building, and providing comprehensive support in a 24-Hour drop-In center.

Candidates must have two years of experience working directly with children and/Or families within a mental health framework and be required to be bilingual in english and spanish, both written and verbal. A bachelor's degree in a related field is highly desired, along with flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends.
