Core responsibilities
Program leaders work directly with assigned student groups in an in-Person setting, acting as positive role models, coaches, and mentors while ensuring adherence to safety and behavioral standards. Responsibilities include providing academic assistance, managing classroom behavior, identifying student needs, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d., and potentially 48 semester/60 quarter units or pass a pre-Employment test depending on the district. A minimum of six months of experience working with groups of 10 or more students is required, along with passing a live scan background check and providing a recent negative tb test.
