2026 Summer Teaching Assistant

The teacher assistant serves as a mentor to scholars, building strong rapport to support their success throughout the day. Responsibilities include supervising scholars, supporting academic and enrichment lesson plans, leading small group workshops, and assisting with field trips and classroom maintenance.

Candidates must be able to work the entirety of the program, including mandatory training, and demonstrate strong problem-Solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude. An associate degree or some college is preferred, along with experience working with youth.
