2026 Summer Teaching Assistant

The teacher assistant serves as a mentor to scholars, building strong rapport to support their success throughout the day. Responsibilities include supervising scholars, supporting academic and enrichment lesson plans, leading small group workshops, and assisting with field trips and classroom maintenance.

Candidates must be able to work the entirety of the program, including mandatory training, and demonstrate the ability to build positive rapport and supervise scholars. An associate degree or some college is preferred, along with strong problem-Solving skills and a commitment to the program model.
