Afterschool Teacher

The afterschool teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for school-Age children by supporting their academic, social, and emotional development through structured activities and curriculum alignment. Key duties include supervising children, assisting with homework, planning age-Appropriate activities like stem and arts & crafts, and maintaining clear communication with parents.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with coursework or a degree in education or child development being preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, be patient and energetic, and have the ability to multitask and manage groups of children effectively while meeting all state and local licensing requirements.
