Pilates Studio Instructor

The instructor will lead private and small group reformer pilates sessions, ensuring client safety through modifications and corrections while delivering an engaging, positive experience reflecting the ymca brand. Key duties include educating clients on movement, supporting retention through relationship building, and maintaining a clean studio environment.

Candidates must possess a mat & reformer pilates instructor certification from a recognized program and have a minimum of one year of teaching experience, along with a strong understanding of anatomy and movement principles. Required qualifications also include current cpr/Aed and first aid certification or obtaining them within 90 days, plus a positive attitude and strong member service skills.
