School Based Services Advocate

This full-Time position involves spending the school year in middle and high schools delivering direct advocacy sessions for impacted youth three days a week and creating/Facilitating classroom presentations on violence prevention topics throughout the service area. The summer months are dedicated to building and enhancing the quality and scope of the program.

Candidates should ideally possess two years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree, along with strong skills in empathy and listening, and a passion for social justice issues. Essential requirements include knowledge of violence prevention topics, access to a reliable vehicle, a valid minnesota driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
