ABA Services Coordinator

The services coordinator will manage administrative aspects of the applied behavior analysis program, including organizing staff and client schedules across multiple locations and monitoring service waitlists. Responsibilities also involve assessing staffing needs, collaborating with hr on hiring, leading technician onboarding, and creating educational materials for families and staff.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid minnesota driver's license and the ability to pass a dhs background check. Candidates must have experience working with children with special needs and demonstrate effective english communication and computer proficiency in word and excel.
