Case Manager

The case manager will support the youth@work program by conducting participant orientations, determining service eligibility, and performing initial career assessments and community referrals. Key duties include assisting with outreach, recruitment, enrollment, and placement of youth, while also developing comprehensive individual employment plans and establishing worksites for subsidized employment.

Candidates need two years of related experience working with high-Risk youth or diverse communities, or an associate’s degree in a related field, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Essential requirements include experience with case management, group facilitation, and a passion for helping the youth population, along with the ability to work flexible hours and travel.
