Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills. This role also involves tracking client progress using company technology and collaborating with families and supervisors.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a high school diploma or ged and completion of at least one college course. Reliable transportation and commitment to completing the paid registered behavior technician (Rbt) training program are also necessary.
