Behavior Technician *PAID TRAINING AND RBT CERTIFICATION*

The behavior technician will teach children diagnosed with autism meaningful skills such as communication, socialization, self-Care, and school readiness through evidence-Based, behavior analytic treatment. This role involves working closely with teachers, parents, bcbas, and other specialists while learning and growing within the organization.

Applicants must share the company's values, believe in the capability of children, and demonstrate experience working with children, which can be through work, study, or volunteering. Minimum education required is high school graduation, though college enrollment or a degree is preferred, and graduate students in aba may apply.
