Essential functions include being an elite provider by performing prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, patient education, and other clinical duties. The role also involves continuously assessing the hygiene schedule for optimum patient flow and responding effectively to patient and operational concerns.

Candidates must possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in dental hygiene and hold a current north carolina dental hygienist license or immediate eligibility, along with cpr certification. Preferred qualifications include clinical experience in a high-Functioning dental office, especially with an assisted hygiene model, and training on epic.
