Academic Services Center - Graduate Assistant Student Tutor

Graduate student tutors will engage with undergraduate students, promoting critical thinking skills and empowering them to learn course materials, including providing assistance with technical issues related to course-Related software like adobe products. They must also encourage and promote growth mindset techniques for improving attitudes towards coursework and technology use.

Candidates must be current hpu graduate students in good standing with a minimum 3.0 overall gpa and must have achieved a grade of a or a- In the course they are tutoring. Previous undergraduate tutoring experience is a plus, and a professor's recommendation in the discipline is desired.
