Day Program Professional (IDD)

Day program professionals implement person-Centered service plans to build independence, social skills, and confidence through structured activities like pre-Vocational training, arts, and community outings. Responsibilities also include ensuring participant health and safety, supporting personal care, administering medication after training, and completing necessary documentation.

Candidates must be compassionate, reliable, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with being at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and meet physical requirements.
