Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include following treatment plans, collecting session data, promoting skill development, and sharing progress with the clinical team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old, along with having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Interest in behavioral health is required, and willingness to complete rbt certification is necessary if not already certified.
