Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional will plan, implement, and supervise activities for school-Age children focusing on academic success, character & leadership, and health & wellness outcomes. This includes leading activities like arts, crafts, and sports while serving as a positive role model and assisting with the daily food program.

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic computer knowledge and the ability to engage with children of all ages. Candidates must be flexible, responsible, creative, and commit to completing required dcf training and cpr certification within 90 days.
