After-School/Summer Camp Group Leader - Harlem

The group leader oversees the daily operations, development, and engagement of elementary and/Or middle school students, utilizing positive youth development principles to enhance program quality. Responsibilities include planning and delivering academic, enrichment, and recreational activities, providing homework help, and ensuring student safety and supervision.

Candidates should have an associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, with at least two years working in out-Of-School time (Ost) or other youth education programs. Essential qualifications include effective behavioral management skills and knowledge of anti-Racism and gender equity principles.
