After-School/Summer Camp Group Leader - Brownsville

The group leader oversees the daily operations, development, and engagement of elementary and/Or middle school students in the after-School program, utilizing positive youth development principles to enhance program quality. Responsibilities include planning and delivering theme-Based academic, enrichment, and recreational activities, providing homework help, and maintaining student safety and supervision.

Candidates should possess an associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience, with a minimum of 2 years working in out-Of-School time (Ost) or other youth education programs. Essential qualifications include effective behavioral management skills, knowledge of anti-Racism and gender equity principles, and strong communication abilities.
