The counselor will assist in directing, supervising, and organizing campers during activities to achieve intended camper outcomes, while ensuring campers are supervised at all times and safety guidelines are implemented. Responsibilities also include leading or assisting with teaching activities, providing daily care for campers, administering medications as directed, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old by the start of camp and must have or be willing to obtain cpr and first aid certification, with the park assisting in completion. Applicants are also required to pass a criminal history background check and submit to a drug test, and must possess reliable transportation to the program site.
