Youth & Family Coordinator - Jorgensen Family YMCA

The youth and family coordinator will assist in developing, managing, and delivering high-Quality programs, which includes creating program guidelines and tracking participation for continuous improvement. This role also supports marketing efforts, participant communication, and addresses related inquiries or concerns.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, alongside excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills. Essential requirements include enthusiasm, basic math proficiency, strong recordkeeping ability, flexibility, and the capacity to effectively manage difficult situations and relate to diverse populations.
