Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist

The primary responsibility involves providing one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to clients, typically children aged 3 to 17.5 years, implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching various life skills, and collecting data to track progress.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior experience working with children is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates must have reliable transportation and commit to at least 15 hours of weekly availability, preferably including weekends.
