Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy to clients, primarily children aged 3 to 17.5 years old, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience with children is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates must have at least 15 hours of weekly availability between 1 p.m. And 8 p.m., reliable transportation, and strong organizational skills.
