Softball Club Leader - After School Program

Club leaders are responsible for ensuring a fun and positive learning environment for club participants, supporting groups of approximately 20 children while promoting physical and emotional safety. This role involves developing and leading age-Appropriate, engaging program activities aligned with a whole-Child approach and collaborating with colleagues on culminating events.

Candidates must have knowledge and experience in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities, along with a minimum high school diploma or ged, though an associate degree in child development is preferred. Essential requirements include working well with k-12 students, good communication skills, computer literacy, and obtaining a valid live scan, tb clearance, and cpr certification.
