The consultant provides in-Home intervention to children and families using a skill-Based, solution-Focused model to teach positive solutions and behavioral techniques. Responsibilities include connecting families with community resources, offering crisis guidance, building relationships, developing service plans, and maintaining documentation.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field with one year of experience, or an associate's degree with two years of experience working with children and families. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends are mandatory.
