Youth Care Worker 1pm-11pm

The role involves teaching vital life skills, monitoring youth behavior, and creating a safe, positive living environment for the youth served. Responsibilities also include supporting academic success, transporting youth to appointments, and assisting with intake and departure documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old, holding a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Proficiency in cpr and a nationally recognized personal restraint model must be obtained during required pre-Service training.
