Kids' Club Afterschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for creating a positive educational climate by preparing and implementing weekly developmentally appropriate classes based on personal skills and organizational vision. Key duties include supervising students, developing lesson plans, providing individual tutoring support, and ensuring student safety and adherence to behavior policies.

A minimum of two years of childcare experience in tk or elementary settings is preferred, along with some early childhood education (Ece) units or equivalent coursework in related fields. Candidates must possess strong classroom management, organizational skills, demonstrated leadership abilities, and the physical capacity to manage children and lift up to 50 pounds.
