Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing an inquiry-Based, developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters the growth of children in a safe and welcoming environment. They will also manage classroom operations, mentor less experienced staff, and maintain consistent communication with families regarding student progress.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting and at least 24 completed ece units. A bachelor’s or associate’s degree is highly preferred, along with active first aid and cpr certifications.
