Job Summary & Deliverables The Behavior Aide provides educational and developmental support to adolescents and children with behavioral health challenges in a clinical or classroom setting. The Behavior Aide assists the treatment team by helping clients learn skills and behaviors to be successful in their home and community environments. This position requires driving a company vehicle. Assists clients with participation in classroom, skills groups, and educational outings according to their abilities and needs Assists the treatment team in providing academic and therapeutic structure through the application of behavioral techniques and procedures Implements therapeutic and behavioral interventions to encourage and support self- management, communication, and social skills Documents client care activities and meets productivity standards Assists in de-escalating clients when necessary or intervening when the behavior of an individual poses a threat of harm to themselves and/or others Supports client health by assisting with hygiene responsibilities as required

Requirements
