Core responsibilities
The board certified behavior analyst will conduct functional assessments of challenging behaviors and design comprehensive treatment and behavior intervention plans tailored to individual and family needs. This role also involves training and providing clinical supervision to registered behavior technicians and direct support staff to ensure fidelity to evidence-Based practices.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, along with at least one year of experience working with autism spectrum disorders and behavior change programs. Required certifications include bcba, cpr, and valley de-Escalation certification.
