Transitional Living Specialist- PRN

The specialist is responsible for maintaining a healthy group living environment for youth in foster care or experiencing homelessness, assisting them in meeting individual goals and developing independent living skills. Duties include providing supervision, guidance, para-Counseling, crisis intervention, coordinating appointments, and managing household needs like purchasing supplies and maintaining cleanliness.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess training and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a human services-Related field, along with two years of experience working with people. Candidates must also have a valid driver's license, pass a criminal background check, be drug-Free, and serve as a positive moral role model.
