  • Overview: Youth Care Specialist As a Youth Care Specialist, you will provide direct care in a residential treatment setting for youth. You’ll foster a safe, structured, and nurturing environment, support emotional regulation, and help youth build life skills and resilience. Key Responsibilities Provide trauma-informed supervision to ensure youth safety and accountability Maintain secure and sanitary living areas Participate in treatment team meetings Apply Safe Crisis Management and de-escalation techniques Facilitate daily routines and teach life skills Complete accurate documentation Build respectful relationships with youth and staff Schedule & Pay Morning, evening, overnight shifts.
