Archery Specialist-CATL

The archery specialist is responsible for creating a safe environment and developing an appropriate curriculum for the archery range under the direction of the summer camp director. Essential functions include planning and implementing age-Appropriate lessons, maintaining equipment, ensuring camper safety according to state and aca requirements, and modeling ymca core values.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess knowledge of archery, ideally with certification from a recognized authority, although camp training is provided. Required qualifications include a high school diploma/Ged and current or obtainable cpr/Aed and first aid certification, with preferred experience in camping, recreation, or teaching.
